Holiday Lights & Decor: Holiday lights are ONLY permitted for Halloween and Christmas. They may be displayed 30 days before and must be removed 30 days after.

For all other holidays:

Only permitted decor and flags may be displayed.

Lights are not allowed.
Weekly On-Site Management Hours – Starting January 2026

Beginning January 2026, DKR Property Management & Maintenance will have a staff member on-site at the PFCA Clubhouse every Tuesday from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Jeanne or Brittany will be available during these hours should any resident need to meet with management in person.

Residents may continue to contact DKR at any time by phone, email, or through our main office.
Pet Control: All animals must be leashed and under the control of their owners at all times.
Visitor Parking: Visitor parking spots are reserved for visitors only. Rotating personal vehicles in visitor spots is not permitted.
PFCA Reminder: Parking on the grass is strictly prohibited anywhere in the community except as directed by Bethlehem Township Police Department when utilizing the baseball field off of Farmersville Rd. This rule applies to all residents, guests, and visitors. Any vehicle parked on the grass will be subject to immediate enforcement, including fines and/or towing at the owner’s expense, without further warning.
Towing: If your car is towed for illegally parking, there are signs posted with the phone number for the towing company. You should reach out to them to get your vehicle back. Residents do not have the authority to call and have a vehicle towed. If you see a car parked illegally, please reach out to DKR and report the incident.
